  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Shipping Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities & rural areas: 3–6 working days
    Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable cash-on-delivery (COD) charges will be shown before order confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid delays or return issues.

Delivery Issues

  • If the customer is unavailable or the address is incomplete/incorrect, the parcel may be delayed or returned

  • In case of refused or unreceived parcels, future orders may require advance payment

Order Tracking

If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof so we can assist you promptly.
