Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Final sale / discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable

How to Return

  • Book your return parcel through any courier service

  • Send the parcel to the return address provided below

  • Please use a trackable courier service for safe delivery

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Only the product price will be refunded

  • Shipping charges are not refundable if the order was delivered correctly as per customer request

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, kindly return the item and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong size/color, or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper image/video proof.
A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be provided after verification.
